An online application is the cheapest way to apply. If accepted, an admission ticket will be given out approximately two weeks prior to the test's due date. Writing and communication skills are the testing focus of the second section. It has two longer questions to be completed in 60 minutes. There are two themes provided that the student must write about, one is generally a social issue and the other more of a personal topic.

The last section is reasoning in the biological and physical sciences, it has 170 minutes for 110 questions. Students are specifically tested on their abilities to evaluate data, discern scientific relationships, deductive reasoning and problem solve across Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
